Wow!!! Pua's plate lunch truck took me back home to Hawai'i. The kalua pig melts in your mouth, the poke was spot on and the local style macaroni salad tied it all together. Stop by Pua's plate lunch truck if you have the chance, you will NOT be disappointed.
